These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of itharajewels.com and your purchase of products from Ithara Jewels. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Cancellation & Exchange Policy.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current contact, billing, and delivery information. We may contact you using the details supplied in connection with your order.
You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping and genuine enquiries. You must not place fraudulent or fictitious orders, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, scrape or extract store data at scale, impersonate another person, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
We try to keep product titles, descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, stone colours, images, prices, and availability accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, handcrafted characteristics, and screen settings. Product images are illustrative and are not a substitute for the written product specifications.
We may correct errors, update information, or withdraw a product without prior notice. If a material error affects an order you placed, we will contact you with available options.
All orders are subject to availability. An item may become unavailable after an order is submitted because inventory can change. If we cannot supply an item, we may offer a comparable alternative, allow you to select another item, or cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for it. We will not substitute a product without your agreement.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received your request; it does not guarantee acceptance or dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment because of unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or description error, payment failure, suspected fraud or misuse, delivery restrictions, legal requirements, or another reasonable operational issue.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing time.
Unless otherwise indicated, prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Applicable GST, shipping charges, discounts, and the final payable total are shown during checkout. Prices and promotions may change without notice, but changes do not normally affect a correctly accepted order. A clearly accidental pricing error does not require us to supply the product at the incorrect price; we will contact you so you can confirm the corrected price or cancel for a refund.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment services and is also subject to their applicable terms and security checks.
An invoice or order record may be provided electronically, inside the shipment, or through your customer account. You are responsible for checking the invoice and promptly reporting any discrepancy.
Shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery periods are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, serviceability, incorrect address details, or events outside our reasonable control.
Delivery is completed when the order is delivered to the address supplied by you or received by a person authorised at that address. You are responsible for providing a complete and serviceable address and for checking the parcel promptly after delivery.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after processing begins, and an order generally cannot be changed after dispatch. Approved cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Exchange Policy. A cancelled order cannot be restored; a new order must be placed if you later wish to purchase the item.
Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Return requests must currently be initiated within 5 calendar days of delivery. Once an eligible returned item passes inspection, we will normally initiate the refund within 7 business days. Bank or payment-provider processing may take additional time.
We may reject a claim supported by false information, altered evidence, repeated misuse, or other fraudulent or abusive conduct, without limiting rights available under applicable law.
Promotions, gifts, bundles, and discount codes may have additional conditions, expiry dates, product restrictions, minimum spends, or usage limits. Unless the offer states otherwise, discounts cannot be combined. We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by an error, manipulation, or misuse.
The website and its content—including the Ithara name and branding, text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, videos, layout, and software—are owned by or licensed to Ithara Jewels and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the website for personal shopping. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, modify, systematically download, or create a database from website content without written permission, except where applicable law allows it.
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You give us a non-exclusive right to display and use that content for operating and promoting Ithara Jewels, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unrelated.
The website may use or link to payment providers, courier services, analytics tools, social platforms, and other third parties. We are not responsible for an independent third party’s website, content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law and any mandatory dispute-resolution rights, courts with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or purchases from Ithara Jewels.
