Order cancellations
You can request cancellation by emailing ithara@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can be accepted only if the order has not already been processed, packed, dispatched, customized, or handed over to the courier.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. You may request a return after delivery if the item is eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.
Exchange requests
Exchange availability depends on product eligibility, stock availability, condition of the returned item, and serviceability. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and invoice.
Customized items
Customized, personalized, altered, or final-sale items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us with your order number and clear photos or videos as soon as possible.
