At Ithara Jewels, we want your jewellery to feel right from the moment it reaches you. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Return window
Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, tags, invoice, and any included accessories or certificates. Products that are personalized, customized, altered, damaged due to misuse, or purchased as final sale may not be eligible for return.
How to request a return
Email us at ithara@gmail.com with your order number, registered phone number, reason for return, and clear photos or videos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method or another approved method. Refund timelines can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return shipping
Return shipping charges, pickup availability, and responsibility for return costs may vary by case. If the product is incorrect or damaged on arrival, contact us before shipping it back so we can guide you.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos or videos of the package and product.
